上餐廳點餐,打開菜單之後,你的眼睛會先看哪裡呢?主廚推荐?本日特選?折扣優惠?其實沒那麼複雜,對肚子正餓著的顧客來說,他們在看菜單時其實跟在讀小說時的閱讀順序一樣,這項研究昨天(2/1)發表於《國際服務業管理期刊》(International Journal of Hospitality Management)上。在餐飲業界,普遍認為消費者在看菜單時注視力會馬上轉向「甜蜜點」,在傳統菜單裡,甜蜜點就位於右頁上半部中心位置,所以老闆通常會把最想推荐給消費者、而且最有可能被選上的餐點放在那。
