《自然氣候變遷》(Nature Climate Change)在8月刊登了〈未來主要沿海城市洪患損失〉(Future Flood Losses in Major Coastal Cities)報告,是經濟合作暨發展組織(OECD)正在進行的政策研討計畫的一部分,其目標在於如何落實政策以應對氣候變遷與經濟發展所帶來的洪患威脅。這份報告根據現今與未來暴露於洪水威脅之下的人口與財產進行全球港埠城市面臨洪患威脅的排名。
