其實當地雲霧帶海拔以上的,應該本來就比較會是節水耐旱的種類? (當然也可能是雨季才生長) 不過,光是所有國家都變成已開發國家的生活品質時,其實人均使用水電與排碳量,應該就會是目前的數十倍? 其實,光是讓已開發國家節約,其實沒甚麼作用?
