白雪公主、青蛙王子講文言文馬ㄟ通

世界知名的格林童話，陪伴過每一個人的童年，大家讀過的版本想必都是白話文，你知道其實早在清末就出現過文言版的格林童話譯本嗎？

這些有趣的文言版格林童話，出自一本叫做《時諧》的書，與〈兒時記趣〉和〈明湖居聽書〉等清朝散文相比，《時諧》毫不遜色，而且題材大家都很熟悉，別有一番情趣。

《時諧》從1909年開始在上海商務印書館的《東方雜誌》上連載，每期兩、三篇不等，共譯出五十六篇，後來在1915年出版單行本時，已經是民初了。翻譯偵探賴慈芸教授從《時諧》裡選錄十六篇故事，加以注解，輔以精美插畫，引導讀者領略文言版格林童話的趣味。

作者/編注者簡介

作者：格林兄弟

出生於德國萊茵河畔哈瑙的雅各布‧格林與威廉‧格林兩兄弟是德國的學者、詞典編纂者、語文學者，熱愛收集、改寫及編輯民間故事。於1812年起陸續推出的《兒童與家庭童話集》（也就是俗稱的《格林童話》），收錄多達兩百多則童話故事。其中最為人熟知的故事便是《灰姑娘》、《白雪公主》、《睡美人》《青蛙王子》等。

編注者：賴慈芸

台大中文系學士，輔大翻譯學研究所碩士，香港理工大學中文及雙語研究系博士。曾任出版社編輯，出版譯作超過五十種，包括《嘯風山莊》（Wuthering Heights）、《探索翻譯理論》（Exploring Translation Theories）、《愛麗絲鏡中奇遇》（Through the Looking-Glass）及童書、繪本多種。著有《譯者的養成：翻譯教學、評量與批評》、《翻譯偵探事務所》等書。長期為台灣翻譯學學會理事，曾任《翻譯學研究集刊》及《編譯論叢》主編，研究論文見於各學術期刊。〈還我名字！──尋找譯者的真名〉一文曾獲「宋淇翻譯研究紀念論文獎」評判提名獎，《翻譯偵探事務所》一書則獲第42屆金鼎獎。現任師大翻譯研究所教授。
